How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from approval. Rush orders available for 2-3 day turnaround. Please contact us for specific timelines based on your order size.

Can I see a proof before stitching?

Absolutely! We provide digital stitch previews for approval before any production begins. You can request revisions until you're 100% satisfied.

Do you ship outside Washington?

Yes! We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Flat rate shipping available for most orders. Local pickup is available in Vancouver, WA.

What file types do you accept?

We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, and SVG files. We also offer digitization services if you need artwork converted to embroidery format.
